OnlyLocal Terms
These terms apply to use of the OnlyLocal iOS app and related beta services.
This is a beta-ready terms page for testing and should be reviewed before broad public launch.
What OnlyLocal Provides
OnlyLocal provides local restaurant shortlists, restaurant request preparation, backup suggestions, and Yuki answers grounded in OnlyLocal restaurant data.
Restaurant Requests Are Not Confirmed Bookings
A restaurant request, availability check, calendar event, message, or app status is not a confirmed table. Restaurants may be full, closed, require a course, require a deposit, have cancellation policies, reject certain party sizes, or require additional confirmation.
Venue Costs Are Separate
The OnlyLocal pass does not include meals, drinks, restaurant charges, deposits, cancellation fees, transportation, tips, or other venue costs. You are responsible for costs charged by restaurants or third parties.
Trip Passes and Purchases
- Trip passes provide app access and a limited number of request checks for the selected period.
- One-time trip passes do not auto-renew.
- Any annual product renews according to Apple's in-app purchase terms until cancelled in your Apple account.
- Payment and refunds are handled through Apple where required.
Yuki AI
Yuki can be wrong. Yuki does not know live restaurant availability unless explicitly provided. Always double-check opening hours, access, allergies, dietary constraints, payment method, and reservation status before going.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate request details and reachable contact information.
- Respect restaurant rules, staff, cancellation policies, and local laws.
- Do not use OnlyLocal for spam, harassment, fraudulent requests, or illegal activity.
Changes and Availability
OnlyLocal may change features, pricing, request limits, restaurant data, supported cities, or beta availability. Restaurant data may be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OnlyLocal is not liable for restaurant availability, restaurant service, venue costs, travel disruption, incorrect third-party information, or decisions made based on app content.
